Function as a customer service representative who proactively contacts clients to resolve issues, maintain our revenue stream and reinforce the features and benefits of our products. Works to entrench our position in the marketplace as a quality payroll and human resource services provider and differentiate us from our competitors.

• Utilize the Modeling Dynamics Delivery System (MDDS) to identify and contact high risk clients to reduce client losses and contribute to successful achievement of regional retention goals.
• Respond to first level requests from the field to contact clients who are identified as being at risk utilizing the HS0001 form. Address client concerns appropriately and follow up with the appropriate business unit as necessary
• Perform an in depth needs analysis during client interactions. Maintains current knowledge of Paychex products and services. Evaluate a client's suite of products and make any recommendation to ensure their business needs are met.
• Review and respond to field requests to contact clients with scheduled but unrun payrolls to identify potential losses. Take appropriate action to retain client, if necessary and communicate to the field.
• Participates in various retention campaigns targeting specific client segments. Provide feedback to the business unit to assist in determining any patterns and help uncover root cause.
• May accompany sales reps as needed on save attempts to add support and improve the retention effort.
• Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position's function.

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Associate's Degree - Preferred
• 2 years of experience in customer service center/ telemarketing.
• 2 years of experience in General business experience, benefits and/or payroll a plus.
