Job Description
We’re looking for a commercially driven Client Success Associate who wants to raise the bar.
You will manage and grow relationships with some of the most sophisticated Credit investors in the US market. This is not a passive support role. You will be expected to proactively activate users, drive expert call engagement, and contribute directly to revenue growth within your assigned book.
You’ll work alongside Account Managers, but you will own activation, engagement, and pipeline momentum. If you want exposure to how Credit funds actually deploy capital and you’re motivated by measurable impact, this role offers real responsibility from day one.
