This position will be responsible to: * Run DSR report to determine which container numbers are linked to each booking (No Activity Bookings). Action in terminal site - roll, remove, etc. including NDNL received from Cargo Readiness. * Generate terminal list and import into MACS3. Generate LARA Cargo report and import into MACS3. * Compare lists and reconcile in terminal, LARA, CM database and delete out of terminal any bookings that are cancelled and roll bookings in terminal. Zero out LARA Cargo weight and export MACS3 list to Excel. Prepare pivot table with weights. * Send Load List to CMA operations. Contact terminal to lock vessel after load list is complete. * If ETA of container is past port cut, roll in terminal. Enter late gates in terminal site. * Run CM Auto report to verify receipt of Auto Titles where required for 72 hour hold. Maintain spreadsheet for tracking auto titles. * Reconcile after port cut/late gate expires - run a "to come report" in the terminal system. After vessel sails, run DSR for not XOF or MOE containers to confirm what has actually loaded. Skill Sets / Education & Experience Requirements: * High School Diploma required. * 1 year general work experience required. * Proficiency in computer skills to include all basic Microsoft applications. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and in team environment * Must be availble to work 11am-8pm, Monday thru Friday.
