    Code Violations Coordinator
     
    Location: Brandon, 33511 - WFH Flexible

    Must be able to train on site for approximately (2) weeks 
    Must be able to report onsite for meetings approximately 1x monthly 
    Position may return onsite, date TBD

     
    Pay: $18

    Job duties:  

    • Coordinate with Government Agencies: Communicate with City, County, Code Enforcement, and Building Officials to obtain violation documents, negotiate fines/liens, and submit compliance documentation.
    • Client and Department Liaison: Collaborate with internal departments (REO, PP, Repairs, Accounting) and communicate with clients to submit bids, request payment approvals, and provide compliance updates.
    • Code Violation Management: Create and track Code Violations, verify property records (photos, documents, emails), and ensure timeline compliance through daily use of CV SAR.
    • Project Oversight and Compliance: Monitor job progress, support field teams, conduct follow-ups, and review completion photos to ensure services are completed satisfactorily and on time.
    • Reporting and Documentation: Notify code enforcement of job status (ETC/completion), coordinate re-inspections, obtain written compliance verification, and communicate results to clients.   
      Nice to have:
      Construction, repair, plumbing knowledge (preferred)
       
      Requirements:
      • Administrative support background
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
      • Applicants will be expected to pass a computer proficiency test, drug screen and successful background check
      • High school diploma or equivalent required
