JOB ID 20216 – Collections Representative (B2B) ASAP START!

Location:  Jacksonville, 32202 – This position is onsite

Pay: $24.00 per hour 

Type:  Contract, 3 months; could go a bit longer

• Get through a backlog of collections

Schedule: In Office- Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm, 1 hour lunch

Job description:

• Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on past-due invoices
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes
• Process payments and post accurately to client accounts
• Collaborate with billing staff and controller to address client billing questions
• Generate and distribute collection reports to Controller
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activity and correspondence
• Work quickly and efficiently and follow best practices
• Requirements:
  • Must have recent B2B collections.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check required.
