Second shift- 2:45pm to 10:45pm at our Herndon, VA office location. Responsibilities tracking employee time and attendancemonitoring alarms and electronic security systemstracking the progress of security patrolsreceiving calls from interior guard postsresponding to client requestsfacilitating incident response effortsinitiating notification and escalation proceduresdocumenting significant incidentsperforming primary analysis on operational procedures Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Must be able to receive registration as a Central Station Dispatcher with the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS)Minimum 1 year customer service experience requiredMinimum 1 year call center experience requiredIntermediate computer skills
