    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW: The Partner Success Manager provides support to customer accounts, specifically in Training Services. The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for promoting Training Services. They will also be knowledgeable of sales process and will be educated on the core products CATI represents. They will play an instrumental role on the Inside Sales team to ensure existing customers have the ability to expand their product knowledge through SOLIDWORKS training courses.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide outreach to Customers, notifying them of relevant Training opportunities and promotions

    • Investigate and understand internal processes of potential clients to uncover areas of pain that lead to new business opportunities

    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

    • Coordinate with others within the company to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Target new business opportunities by building relationships, pursuing referrals, and conducting research to identify opportunities for Training.

    • Schedule Trainings for Customer partners

    • Research customer needs and convey to sales team.

    • Respond to requests from customers for information.

    • Work closely with Marketing, Account Managers, and Business Development Managers to meet the needs of customers.

    • Present weekly activity to manager and sales management.

    REQUIREMENTS

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 4-year degree, Mechanical Engineering Degree or Business Degree preferred, or equivalent experience

    • 0-2 years experience in inbound/outbound inside sales position with technology sales, preferably to product development and manufacturing organizations

    • Highly motivated and results oriented

    • Must be customer focused and service oriented

    • Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing environments and show attention to detail

    • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with teams

    • Excellent communication (both written and verbal)

    • Proficient problem solving and analytical ability
