    We are currently seeking a driven BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS (3D PRINTING & 3D SCANNING) for our Denver Office.

    POSITION OVERVIEW: Technical sales professional that must consistently demonstrate the ability to create an environment whereby they deal with clients at a business-to-business level, providing solutions that fulfill the clients' business needs. This position is responsible for selling Stratasys 3D Printers, CREAFORM Scanning equipment, and Additive Manufacturing solutions.

    This position will be measured against key performance indicators and quota attainment on a monthly basis.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: •Through prospecting, account calls, demonstrations and marketing activities, generate demand and consistent pipeline for assigned products. •Meeting or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual unit and revenue goals. •Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients; and strategize, present and demonstrate a tailored technology solution. •Hold a technical understanding of customer’s business objectives in order to map a strategy consisting of machines, materials, training and implementation as a solution to those business objectives. •Managing the sales activities of the assigned territory and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts. •Coordinating with others within the company to insure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    REQUIREMENTS: •4 year degree preferred •1-3 years experience in technology sales or capital equipment sales, preferably to product development and manufacturing organizations •Rapid Prototyping experience •Must have prior success calling on C- and V-level decision makers •Must have strong prospecting skills and ability develop business •Must employ a proven, repeatable selling process in complex corporate environments •Must be customer focused and service oriented •Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing environments and show attention to detail •Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with teams •Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills •Proficient problem solving and analytical ability •Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products •Some travel required
