Join us and BE the Difference for the worlds best brands! **Career Description/Summary: ** * Reviewing assigned task and audit/process claims based on required guidelines. * Continuous improvement in Team/Individual Performance. * Provide hands-on assistance, share information proactively and troubleshoot for team in case of problems, both, through direct intervention and mentoring. * Keep up to date with Product changes to ensure correct information is given on the floor, by acting upon information and advising via e-mail updates, team meetings, training and other briefings * Identifying gaps/deteoriating performance and ensure effective implementation of action plans * Providing timely feedback & refreshers for Improvement of Individual and Teams * Share process Update, Take Refresher session and Training as per business need * Should be calibrated on Process Guidelines; should participate in calibration process and also process claims for knowledge retention * Leveraging & escalating when necessary gaps pertaining to quality. Handle difficult/escalated claims & mails * Share performance of the team and process while maintaining integrity of Data & Reports. * Extreme attention to detail and ownership is required.
#cnxjobs Work Experience: * Should have worked and processed claims on behalf of Cigna * At least 12 weeks/3 months of Cigna Claim Processing Experience, Multiple Skillset will be added advantage * 0-1 Years of high volume, inbound contact center or high-volume face to face contact in a business setting experience is required in a coaching and training capacity. * Demonstrated understanding and compliance expectations * Minimum 0-1 years experience in a quality capacity.
