    The Production Receiver is responsible for photographing, processing, and receiving parts within a production environment. This role supports repair, return, and outsourced workflows while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, process improvement, and daily productivity goals. The position plays a key role in ensuring items are properly documented, tracked, and prepared for downstream production operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Stage and record incoming units for Repairs, Returns, and Outsource processes
    • Identify part numbers, photograph items, and scan associated documents
    • Link incoming units to corresponding RMA/RGA records in company systems
    • Assist in resolving discrepancies in accordance with Radwell policies
    • Maintain accuracy and efficiency when processing incoming shipments
    • Make occasional business-related calls to internal teams including sales and customer service
    • Support customer service expectations while performing order processing tasks
    • Promote continuous process improvement and workflow efficiency
    • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

    Metrics
    • Average of 6 units per hour received
    • Complete daily processing of all shipments
    • Additional performance measurements may be added as needed

    Education & Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
    • 1–3 years of related experience or training preferred
    • Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus

    Physical Demands
    • Occasional sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
    • Frequent walking
    • Frequent lifting pushing and pulling of 50 pounds and occasional lifting up to 100 pounds

    Compensation & Commission
    The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour.
    Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Employee Evaluation Summary
    • Introductory Review conducted at approximately 80 days
    • Monthly Reviews focused on productivity and activity metrics

    Work Schedule
    This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break. Attendance and coverage policies must be followed. Time off is granted in accordance with company policy.

    • To qualify, you must be between the ages of 18 and 30

    • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

    • A US citizen that has received (or on track to receive) a high school diploma or GED

    • All offers of service are conditional upon completion of an acceptable check of the National Sex Offender Public Registry and state and federal criminal background checks.

    • Learn and safely perform fundamental outdoor living and skills as appropriate to the project.

    • Live in a physically demanding, possibly remote environment for up to several weeks.
