Position summary: The Benefit Verification Associate (BVA) ensures the customer experience is exceptional throughout the entire audit process. The BVA is responsible for reviewing clients employee documentation to verify the relationship and status of dependents and responding to client employee questions. The successful candidate must have a willingness to work as a team member to support the needs of our valued clients. This position is also responsible for managing deadlines and verification inventory. The successful candidate must work very closely with fellow audit associates, and management to resolve employee issues. Primary Tasks: * Providing superior telephone customer service in a call center environment * Review documentation and establish eligibility according to client eligibility rules and documentation requirements * Assist management team with additional projects as needed
