    We are currently hiring Recruitment Coordinators for a 6 month contract to support our client, a large Investment Banking firm. This role can be based in Texas, Florida, Georgia or Ohio. For our Cleveland, Ohio location, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in office 2 days a week.

    THE ROLE

    As an AMS Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the Recruitment Administration Team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Supporting intern onboarding, high volume administrative tasks

    • Managing various administration activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely manner

    • Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process

    • Updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensure data accuracy at all times

    • Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required

    • Managing the customers' needs and expectations and working to the service levels agreed with the client

    • Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.

    • Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary

    • Completing daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers when required

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • 1 year of administrative and/or customer service experience required

    • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and collaborate well with others

    • Good written and spoken English language skills plus other languages as appropriate to the client-specific requirements

    • Good communication skills including telephone manner

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

    • Can do attitude, teamwork and task orientated
