The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for maintaining customer accounts with a variance of responsibilities, excellence, and potential expansion for each one. To be successful, you must be meticulous, positive, energetic, and reactive if necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing daily communication via email and phone to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Process and enter purchase orders from distribution centers, arrange freight for deliveries, and coordinate with freight companies to meet shipping requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, update pricing, confirm purchase orders, and ensure compliance with minimum order requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address supply chain or quality assurance issues, providing clear updates and follow-ups on pending matters.
- Keep detailed account logbooks updated with essential information (product locations, freight matrices, and order requirements) to support efficient and accurate order placement.

- Must have related recent experience with client calls, strong preference for order processing
- Must be MS Office proficient including MS Excel
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
