Supports direct sales leads and lead referrals with virtual Nettime Solutions product demonstrations geared towards the prospect's needs. This includes providing relevant product information and pricing. The scope of the coverage is regional, with a focus on the companies in the size range of 50 ' 250 employees, or larger as assigned.

• Prospects for new leads and contacts all leads via email and phone that are assigned through the website or other lead generating tools to ensure timely delivery of the information requested by the prospect.
• Schedules and conducts product demonstrations with referrals and direct lead prospects to produce the activity required to generate sufficient pipeline opportunities.
• Provides follow up information as requested by the prospects via telephone, email, and webex communications.
• Acquires the product knowledge required to provide informative, relevant demonstrations to effectively demonstrate the product to prospects.
• Utilizes Salesforce.com to document all sales activities and communications to ensure a thorough record of the interactions with the prospect.
• Supports the creation of pricing proposals using salesforce.com to ensure the correct documentation and pricing of the opportunity.
• Manages the weekly calendar to include adequate activities, resulting in adequate pipelines to meet and exceed the assigned sales quota.
• Participates in all team training, meetings, and calls to ensure the knowledge required has been received.
• Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position's function.

• Associate's Degree.
• 1 year of experience in Proven success in sales position, preferably in business-to-business sales. Previous experience in the applicant tracking industry.
