About Us:

We are a professional security company committed to providing reliable protection and peace of mind for our clients. We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team and ensure smooth operations by coordinating security officers and responding effectively to client needs.

Location: [Boca Raton, FL]

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and radio communications.
• Dispatch security officers to client sites as needed and monitor coverage.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of officer locations, incidents, and shift activities.
• Provide support to field officers and supervisors during incidents or emergencies.
• Ensure staffing levels are met for each shift and assist with scheduling when necessary.
• Monitor alarm systems, cameras, or tracking software as required.
• Communicate professionally with clients, officers, and management at all times.

Requirements:

• Active Florida Class D and G Security Licenses (required).
• Minimum 2 years of security or dispatch experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and radio communication.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Clean background check and valid driver's license.
