    Radwell International LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Distribution Purchasing Coordinator to support daily purchasing operations. This position is responsible for generating and confirming purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, managing vendor communications, and ensuring timely order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.

    This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate purchase orders for new products by assigning vendors and pricing through the Dynamics purchasing system
    • Process daily purchase orders, including drop shipments and rush orders
    • Confirm purchase orders for pricing, part numbers, and lead times
    • Follow up consistently with vendors to ensure orders are processed timely and meet required delivery dates
    • Address discrepancies related to pricing, part numbers, and lead times and adjust purchase or sales orders accordingly
    • Follow up on unconfirmed purchase orders daily
    • Assist in database cleanup and ongoing system maintenance
    • Support customer and vendor expedite requests in coordination with the expediting team
    • Communicate professionally with vendors via phone, email, and online platforms
    • Proactively place purchase orders through vendor websites as needed
    • Maintain and update daily purchase order confirmation tracking spreadsheets
    • Meet performance expectations, including completing at least 25% of daily purchase orders
    • Perform additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree or High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • One to three years of related purchasing or customer service experience preferred
    • Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus
    • Ability to work at a fast pace
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Professional phone and email etiquette

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet applications
    • Strong overall computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software
    • Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask effectively
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Ability to maintain confidential information

    Compensation

    The recruiting base salary for this full-time position is $47,840 annually.
    Within this base pay, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Eligible for the Distribution Purchasing Monthly Commission Plan.
