    • Conducting or participating in client strategy planning meetings, resume screening, phone interviews, consensus meetings, and interview set-up and offer processes

    • Collaborating with Recruitment Coordinators and Client Recruiters to support effective delivery of attraction activity

    • Building and developing diverse talent pools of qualified candidates

    • Communicating with clients and/or candidates frequently to relay the status of searches, candidate progress, etc.

    • Participating in project work and assignments as required
