** Job Title: Change Specialist I**
** Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)**
** Contract Duration: Contract until 12/31/2026**
** Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM**

** Description:**
** Duties / Responsibilities**
• Perform quality checks on change orders to ensure documentation accuracy according to requirement documents.
• Follow established procedures and execute tasks as trained in a repeatable, consistent manner.
• Review received documentation and verify alignment with procedural requirements.
• Communicate and interact professionally with employees; follow instructions and respond promptly.
• Maintain accuracy in all work — strong attention to detail is essential.
• Demonstrate accountability in completing assigned tasks.

Required Experience
• No minimum experience required.
• Experience with change control or document control is a plus.

Key Skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and perform repetitive tasks consistently.
• Critical thinking skills to compare received documentation against requirements.
• Strong communication and responsiveness.
• High attention to detail — accuracy is critical.
• Accountability and reliability in daily tasks.

Preferred Experience
• Change control or document control experience.
• Proven ability to execute repetitive activities with consistency and accuracy.
