JOB SUMMARY
Monday- Friday 7am-4pm
Technicians under this job title are responsible to repair, program, and test various AC, DC, and Servo Drive products. Appropriate documentation of the repair process, along with research and ordering of components is performed utilizing Radwell’s Radiant Spectrum software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily task breakdown:
(90%) Bench level electronic and electro-mechanical repair tasks using industry standard troubleshooting, repair, and soldering skills.
(10%) Documentation of actions taken on each item and communication of completions, obstacles, and concerns.
Technicians are required to troubleshoot down to component level using test equipment (i.e., Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Three-Phase Power, and Communication Software for Motor Feedback). Breakdown and reassembly of units is performed using hand, power, and soldering tools. Multimeter, power supply, toolbox, and soldering equipment are provided by Radwell International; hand / power tools are the responsibility of the technician.
Additional responsibilities outlined below:
Effective time management and housekeeping of ‘In-House Summary’ assignments.
Visual inspection.
Verifying part numbers on all units processed.
Proper power and diagnostic testing utilizing shop assets.
Troubleshoot and isolate component failures.
Parts research, ordering, and installation.
Perform repair tasks.
Clean and ensure proper labeling of customer items.
Maintain records of used test assets in the ‘Asset Checking’ system.
Adhere to the Quality Policy and support process / development improvements in accordance with RIDL (Radwell International Document Library) policies and processes.
Proper use of IT systems
Provide your own Hand/Power tools
Must be able to work in a team environment and be computer literate.
Willingness to work on products outside of your department to support customer backlog
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.

Level 2 = 28.5K Produced Monthly, 169.64 Hourly Minimum
Level 3 = 36K Produced Monthly, 214.29 Hourly Minimum
Level 4 = 43.5K Produced Monthly, 258.93 Hourly Minimum
Level 5 = 50K Produced Monthly, 297.62 Hourly Minimum
Level 6 = 56.5K Produced Monthly, 336.31 Hourly Minimum
Level 7 = 63K Produced Monthly, 375 Hourly Minimum
WARRANTY METRICS
Your individual expected warranty rate must be maintained for a three-month period to be considered for advancement.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Not applicable. This position has no direct reports.

Strong technical skills.
Ability to learn and understand Radwell repair processes and procedures.
Must be willing to work with high-voltage applications.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
One to three years related experience and/or training preferred
Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus.
