    PROJECT COORDINATOR Contracting/Grants Management Vancouver Office Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the worlds leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation, has an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Project Coordinator familiar with Contracts/Grants Management based in our Western Region Satellite Office located in Vancouver, Washington. Duties/Responsibilities: * Review of government contracts and grants, specifically for accounting, financial reporting requirements, and compliance provisions * Assist staff with the development and compliance of agreements * Assist engineers with bidding out projects, writing contracts to subcontractors, tracking subcontracts, change orders, and insurance/bonding requirements, completing lien releases * Work with teams of biologists and engineers to deliver wetlands projects * Document scanning and control, maintaining project documentation in a standardized and organized manner * Adhere to government and internal Procurement regulations * Provide project tracking using internal databases from inception to close out * Perform various administrative tasks as needed, and serve as back-up to the Administrative Assistant Key Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge: * Bachelors or associate degree in Business Administration or Accounting, preferred * Minimum 2 years experience in a comparable position * Strong written and oral communication skills * Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and accounting systems * Basic knowledge of project management concepts * Basic knowledge of construction documentation and public works requirements * Well-organized and detail oriented * Self-motivated, lots of initiative, eager to learn, able to work with minimal supervision, but willing to ask questions and seek direction if needed * Able to maintain professional demeanor while working within tight deadlines To apply, please fill out the application materials on this link: https://workforcenow.adp.com/mascsr/default/mdf/recruitment/recruitment.html?cid=7deee1c0-b159-4fdc-8bdb-3f1d87c47510&jobId=193280&lang=en_US&source=CC3&ccId=19000101_000001 and attach a cover letter, resume and references by Friday, November 2, 2018.
