    What is the opportunity?

    We have an exciting opportunity to join our Early Careers & Campus Team in the Americas region. You will have the opportunity to pioneer new solutions and innovative technologies, while partnering with a genuinely collaborative professional services client to provide Early Careers & Campus Services. Our relationship has evolved into a truly advisory one, allowing the team to work on a range of exciting and strategic projects alongside their recruitment role. We also partner with colleagues providing Experienced Hire and Contingent Solutions services for the client across the Americas Region.

    Who will I be working with?

    With over 27 years in global talent expertise, our business supports strategy and outsourced delivery of a diverse range of early careers programs including: apprentice, intern, graduate, MBA, industrial placements, work experiences and insight programs. Today we partner with a portfolio of more than 20 client globally and will have supported almost 26,000 hires through our outsourcing services and completed 17 advisory projects consulting on early careers strategy, process, technologies, assessment and brand and attraction.

    What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?

    Partnering with one of the top professional services firms in the Americas, the role of the Early Careers team is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. You will manage full life-cycle recruitment for open Early Careers roles - graduates, summer interns, co-operatives and apprentices - within our business areas. You will manage and support relationships with hiring leaders, ensure a smooth recruiting process and establish an outstanding candidate experience against a strategy that is tightly aligned with the company strategy and values. This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual.

    • Responsible for following the end-to-end recruitment process
    • Consult with the Graduate hiring managers to create a detailed campaign plan, providing updates at each application stage
    • Assist the Early Careers Recruitment Manager with developing the sourcing strategy for each role recruited and agreeing the strategy with hiring manager
    • Take responsibility where required for the design of end-to-end resourcing plans which meet requirements for graduate campaign
    • Facilitate the selection process utilizing the appropriate templates, including determining most appropriate selection process to measure candidates' skills as required
    • Organize and facilitate virtual or face-to-face interviews
    • Provide a high level of candidate care and ensuring frequent communication is deployed (e.g. debriefing candidates, keeping candidates 'warm')
    • Ensuring the Early Careers Recruitment Manager is constantly aware of any relevant issues

    What do I need to succeed in this role?

    Required:

    • An understanding of Graduate recruitment best practice tools and methodologies preferred (e.g. job profiling, campus attraction, selection and assessment)
    • Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements preferred
    • Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination)
    • Excellent experience of building trust relationships with key stakeholders

    Preferred:

    • In-house recruitment experience preferred
    • Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
    • Language skills in addition to Business English is an advantage
