    ABOUT US

    The Early Careers & Campus Senior Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with key client contacts and driving client satisfaction. This will be a region-aligned management position and you will operationally manage the delivery teams of various clients within the Americas region to high levels of service excellence. You will engage with client stakeholders as part of this role so that each team is focused on the activities that will exceed expectation across the client’s hiring community. This is a high level operational role and client focus.

    THE ROLE

    • Currently, this role is allocated 50% to one of our campus client which is a Global outsourced coordination service with 3 Global managers (APAC, EMEA and Americas) with coordination team for each region of 3 – 9 recruiting coordinators and team leaders out of Manila, Philippines per region.

    • The other 50% allocation could be spilt between new clients or EC&C projects just as development & execution of in-house recruiting coordinator grow your own program, partnership with Business Intelligence team members to map out client SLAs and KPIs for reporting etc.

    • The Early Careers & Campus Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of their team’s development, delivering an effective and efficient service in line with client expectations. The Senior Manager is expected to hold and work to maintain a strong level of technical expertise.

    Skills & Experience

    3 Key Primary areas:

    Client Focus

    • Previous experience building stakeholder relationships/trust/credibility

    • Previous experience and willingness to have strong voice in client/stakeholder meetings

    • Sense of urgency to client request

    • Build effective communication channels and mechanisms between the client stakeholders

    Large Team Management

    • Ability/experience managing large teams (on-shore and offshore

    • Current Team structure – 2 Direct reports; 2 dotted line reports

    • 25 – 30 off-shore recruiting coordinators and team leaders (dotted line reporting)

    Strategy, Process and Operational Subject Matter Expertise

    • Ability to understand and follow processes

    • Ability to drive operational excellence

    • Demonstrated sense of urgency

    • Development and execution of project plan
