    Radwell International LLC is hiring a QA Receiving Auditor to support our Warehouse and Receiving operations. This role is responsible for the accurate receipt, testing, evaluation, and web listing of industrial automation products to ensure all items are processed as Ready-To-Ship and meet Radwell quality standards.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, process, and test incoming products from purchase orders and blind bids
    • Evaluate product quality, condition, and functionality to ensure readiness for sale
    • Research pricing and market data for new, discontinued, or aged products
    • Accurately enter inventory data, including serial numbers, firmware, and revision levels
    • Photograph products clearly from multiple angles with accurate weight documentation
    • Review assigned purchase orders and bids for accuracy, discrepancies, and special instructions
    • Support receiving operations by assisting with research, documentation, and workflow needs
    • Ensure all completed items are properly listed on Radwell.com in compliance with company standards

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Some college or technical schooling preferred
    • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic computer literacy required

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Strong computer proficiency
    • Familiarity with industrial automation or electronic components preferred
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Effective written and verbal communication
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Physical Requirements

    • Frequent standing and walking
    • Continuous repetitive hand motion
    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
    • Occasional bending, reaching, kneeling, or climbing

    Compensation & Commission

    • The recruiting base pay scale for this full-time position is $23/hr.
    • Within the base pay scale, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
    • Eligible for commission after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period
    • Performance-based incentives tied to accuracy and productivity
