**Key duties of this position include: **
• Provide support marketing employee benefit products and services:
o Prepares RFP including census, claim data, current benefits, requested options o Requests and collects quotes, and evaluates proposals for accuracy
o Prepares renewal and marketing analysis and client presentations
• Leads and supports implementation of coverage with insurance company or service provider by: o Communicating sold information to vendor partner
o Collecting needed documentation and completing paperwork for execution
o Reviewing contracts, agreements, and other documents and comparing to what was sold • Prepares for, coordinates, and conducts enrollment meetings either in person or via webinar.: o Preparing employee presentation
o Preparing or updating benefits website/portal
o Preparing or updating benefit guide and other deliverables
o Collecting or creating relevant employee education materials
• Provides support to the Benefits Administration team.:
o Conduct bill audits
o Research and resolve billing discrepancies or eligibility issues
o Update eligibility if necessary
o Answer employee benefit and claim questions
• Compiles, organizes, and manipulates data for client presentations such as:
o Claim reports
o Benchmarking analysis
o Post-renewal reports
o Quarterly, mid-year or year-end plan reviews
• Stay abreast of industry trends, changes and regulatory changes. Assist with compliance inquiries: o 5500 support
o Employee Notice generation

**Desired Education, Experience (open to consider experience in lieu of degree) and Requirements: **• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Two years of progressive experience with health and welfare plans.
• A current life and health insurance license for the state of Georgia or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PPT, Excel plus Adobe. • Experience with payroll and or benefits administration systems
• Ability to travel as necessary for on-site client meetings, open enrollment meetings or health fairs
