    Inside Sales Intern

    POSITION SUMMARY:

As an Inside Sales Intern you are responsible for driving sales growth within specified accounts and nurturing the overall customer experience for your clients. Through this internship, you will learn what it takes to meet sales quotas, gain and develop new accounts, execute various sales programs and promotions, and manage detailed account planning and scheduling in our CRM system.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Determine customer needs by analyzing market demographics, past purchases, SKU performance and store business goals
    • Increase account business by upselling, cross-selling, etc.
    • Work with multiple departments to resolve customer issues and ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered properly
    • Build rapport with customers to provide world class service
    • Meet or exceed all sales goals set including new account activation
    • Document sales activities and process customer purchases

     

    EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES, AND EDUCATION:

    • Must be currently attending an accredited university/college for consideration. Some of the majors that would be a good fit include:
