    We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer within a fast-paced healthcare environment.     Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
    • Manage and prioritize a dynamic calendar, ensuring alignment with business needs
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications
    • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners
    • Assist with planning meetings, events, and company initiatives
    • Support special projects by tracking deadlines, organizing materials, and ensuring follow-through
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience
    • Experience supporting leadership or working in a professional office environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Interest in a long-term opportunity with growth potential
    • Background and Drug Test required

     

    Technical Skills

    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Calendar management and scheduling tools
    • Experience preparing reports, presentations, or executive materials
