Expedient is hiring a Channel Partner Sales Rep to be based in the Boston, Mass. market. You will manage your own territory and target and develop channel partners to generate and grow new business. With a strong drive to build up the partners in the territory, this role will work to increase partner sales and grow the market. We are looking for our next star player in the Expedient Boston Sales market. We offer training and coaching, no overnight travel and an opportunity to build your own success. Youll join a fast-growing company offering a competitive base salary, commissions, a stellar culture and employee benefits A long term, advancing career path in sales, marketing or management Access to Expedients innovative technical and sales training Support from a dedicated lead generation team and solutions architect team A culture that values education and professional growth Responsibilities Identify and develop channel partners based on opportunity and alignment with the Expedient value proposition and the partners market position Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly goals for qualified leads, partner events and meetings Develop a sales strategy for the territory centered on the potential key partners and a related sales approach Implement creative methods to maintain partner engagement qualified leads per month, unique quarterly joint events, prospect meetings, sales incentives and SPIFFS Collaborate with direct sales executives to drive territory business through partners in the territory Manage the portfolio of partnerships (standard and premier), master agents, vendor partners and referral networks to maximize lead generation and revenue in territory Work with internal teams: marketing and sales to roll out the regional marketing plan Requirements Energy, drive and the passion to build up the territory and watch it grow Experience working in channel partner relationships or VARS is preferred 2 to 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a technical arena Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales quotas Proven success in developing new business and generating leads Superior written/verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners Demonstrated ability in problem solving, crafting a win-win solution (collect data, establish facts, and develop results) and negotiation Excellent presentation skills before both small and large groups A demonstrable interest in and awareness of industry trends and best sales practices Strong self-directed organizational skills to organize time effectively on daily and weekly basis Valid drivers license Ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug screen Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field BENEFITS TO WORKING FOR EXPEDIENT We place an extremely high value on learning and staying agile in the technology arena.
