    Job Description

    The Client Delivery Services Program Manager will have overall responsibility for driving key, multi-million-dollar projects to successful completion, as defined by the KPls (Key Performance Indicators) for each client engagement. The client profile comprises a diverse set of large banks, telecommunications companies, energy service providers, etc.

    In Implementation and Delivery, clients leverage our products to make millions of credit decisions at one time. We are the big data hub of Experian CIS. We deliver thousands of batch programs to clients and internal partners. Our data fuels thought leadership, consulting engagements, and numerous other products throughout Experian. We deliver and implement Prescreen Programs, account Review Programs, Archives and Ascend Solutions to hundreds of clients every month.

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    The position demands a high-level of attention to detail, systematic planning and the ability to execute to the plan. In summary, a successful candidate for this position will need to demonstrate repeated success at navigating the strategic and operational aspects of a client project. To provide effective project management and consultation to clients, the Client Services Project Manager will also need to develop competencies in a variety of Decision Analytics suite of products.

    • Develop project charters that concisely define project scope, objectives, major stakeholders, constraints, assumptions and risks.
    • Specify, obtain, allocate and administer internal and external resources to meet project requirements.
    • Work closely with delivery teams to understand requirements, perform project planning, manage the ongoing implementation, and facilitate lessons learned.
    • Estimate project costs, prepare budget recommendations, and monitor and reports project performance.
    • Perform project management duties including the creation of status reports, work plans and presentations to client leadership.
    • Keep pace with the management information reporting needs of extended stakeholder groups within client and Experian business units.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project risk management plans. Drives project risk identification, quantification, response development and control.
    • Facilitate timely decisions, resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner to maintain project schedules and budgets.
    • Develop and initiate policies and procedures to improve business practices within the organization.

    WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE

    • Bachelor's degree (preferably with an emphasis on Software Development or Business Administration) Skills Required
    • Advanced knowledge of project management methodology (Agile and Waterfall)
    • Adept in the use of standard project management tools including MS Project, Excel and Visio
    • High attention to detail and results oriented
    • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
    • Must be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and advance the common goal of delivering a successful project
    • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple, at times conflicting, priorities
    • Effective conflict resolution, negotiation, and Influencing skills
    • PMI /Six-sigma/lean/Scrum Master certification is a plus Min yrs. of relevant experience
    • 5+ years project management experience in a client facing role
