    Job Description

    RISK LIAISON/ANALYST

    Seeking diligent individual to manage all aspects of governance for a growing business unit. The role will require program management of regulatory requirements including fostering the risk assessment process, ensuring product management, marketing, and sales teams have appropriate guardrails and documentation. Business enablement is key to this position, making sure stakeholders can quickly get to a yes on different options and helping the business move forward in a regulated environment.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serve on the Business Governance team as principal risk liaison / business partner between various functions such as Compliance, Regulatory, Risk and the business in conjunction with other governance team members
    • Represent risk processes for Product Management and Sales
    • Identify controls and document guardrails for the business based on risk reviews
    • Conduct reputational vetting on behalf of the business
    • Work with business on risk-related remediation plans
    • Review creative for adherence to marketing guardrails
    • Documentation of processes and procedures relating to risk for the business unit
    • Program manage governance efforts within business unit
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    NECESSARY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Knowledge of policy, process, procedure
    • Operational or risk background
    • A formal education in business, operations, program management, or risk is desired 
    • A minimum of three (3)+ years’ progressive governance, operations, or regulatory experience is preferred
    • Willingness to move quickly and assertively to get necessary answers and requirements
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office required
    • Other business tools such as Confluence or JIRA preferred
