    Job Description

    We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Manager to join our team. You will have the opportunity to exercise technical leadership of a team of passionate IT professionals and propel Experian IT Services forward in the ServiceNow space to ensure cutting edge solutions and best practices.

     

    Description -

    • Manage a team of ServiceNow subject matter experts in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
    • Develop and execute a year over year ServiceNow strategy which aligns with business objectives and goals
    • Lead and manage an onshore and nearshore multi-cultural teams of ServiceNow analysts, architects and developers through the prioritization, design, development, and implementation of enterprise wide ServiceNow solutions which enable process optimization and automation
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize backlog of demands
    • Acts as primary contact for ServiceNow business users for communicating system availability, performance and issue resolution processes
    • Builds out and develops internal processes that interface with the processes of other technical teams and further support excellence
    • Provide coding standards and review of content provided by extended development team to ensure compliance with Experian Service Management - ITSM standards
    • Develop and manage KPIs which demonstrate the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of the Experian Service Management – ITSM standards
    • Conduct performance reviews, career, performance, and behavior coaching for direct reports
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science of equivalent experience
    • 5 plus years of applicable development experience
    • 2 plus years of people management experience
    • Firm understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules
    • Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform
    • Familiar with the ITIL Framework and demand processes across the IT organization
    • Previous experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team.
    • Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
    • Information Technology experience required, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large scale systems
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with short deadline
    • Strong technical project management and / or leadership skills
    • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
