Qualifications
WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in related industries (Financial Services, FinTech, Payments) preferred as well as Fraud/Identity
- Strong knowledge of product management strategies, concepts, and principles
- Willingness to quickly learn and soak up knowledge from the team and external sources/industry
- Good problem solving and analytic skills, ability to make decisions and justify them in a rational manner
- Good project management and organizational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good ability to be creative – this is a key feature of any successful product manager
- Team player with a proactive approach who can work as part of a dynamic team and can take on unfamiliar tasks when necessary and provide support to the product management team
- Ability to work in high-pressure environment often with tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
