    Job Description

    Every year, we welcome Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduates from every corner of the world to join Experian. You bring your talents, aspirations, potential and excitement for the journey ahead. The MBA Leadership Rotation Program is designed to attract and develop future leadership talent for Experian. The selected candidates will receive approximately 21 months of rotational learning opportunities that will accelerate their ability to understand Experian and prepare them for leadership opportunities within our business lines. Participants will gain an understanding of Experian’s global and regional strategies, as well as our diverse products and offerings. The program will include assignments and training in various functions including Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Portfolio Management and Product Management.

    PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

    ·       Senior leadership visibility

    ·       Coaching & Development- Program coach and formalized executive mentorship

    ·       Diverse assignments across business units and organizational functions

    ·       Project management and leadership methodology

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·       Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

    ·       Display strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and global teams.

    ·       Some form of formal training in project management in marketing, finance, operations, project management, strategy and/or operations.

    ·       Demonstrated leadership experience.

    ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.

    ·       Ability to understand business metrics, customer, and market trends and strategy.

    ·       Must have work authorization to work in the US
