Job Description

Transform your education and experience as a Software Development Engineer with the Automotive business unit at Experian. The BU is offering a high-performing culture that is made up of a powerfully diverse and inclusive workforce.  As a Software Development Engineer, you will learn about Experian’s Automotive cutting-edge technology. We are seeking high performing and motivated who want the opportunity to develop their skills through diverse assignments across our business. As an entry level engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing of code to enhance and cultivate several of the Experian Auto consumer solutions. 

• Design, Develop and support high-quality software and system solutions.
• Engage in Agile software development activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multiple applications.
• Pair program with junior/senior team members to gain knowledge of cross-functional teams and technologies.
• Work with our customer support staff and IT team to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve system/application-related issues.

Qualifications

• Graduating in Spring 2022 with a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field 
• Exposure to working with any of the following: C/C++, Linux, Java, Python, JavaScript
• Comfortable with ambiguity and analyzing problems
• Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, and strong motivation to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and passion for solving challenging problems.
• Prior Intern experience as a developer in a software development firm is preferred.
