    Job Description

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    • Management of NA CIS EBIT month end close, forecast, budget and strategic plan with an emphasis on costs and capitalization end-to-end through creation/coordination of executive materials for internal BU and regional management
    • Management of a dotted line team with a focus on business partnering, ownership, accountability and development
    • Management of Global CIS including creation/improvement of financial processes, reporting, forecasting and budget as well as business partnering with Global contacts and presentation of financials to the Operational Steering Committee
    • Build and maintain strong understanding of full P&L and Balance Sheet and identify, quantify, qualify and communicate risks and opportunities
    • Facilitate and provide guidance on the inclusion of new acquisitions into month end, forecasting and budgeting processes
    • Create and initiate performance scorecards (KPI) that will be utilized by the business – providing actionable insights and drive actions to optimize business budget/targets.
    • Facilitate reporting process improvement and explore opportunities to continuously improve functionality and automation of reporting needs such that reporting is standardized, scalable, and sustainable
    • Drive the use of Empower, RPA and other improvement technologies/methodologies with an eye toward scalability
    • Partner with lines of businesses on complex financial and business related modelling and analysis
    • Proactively engage and build strong relationships with finance and business teams
    • This position reports to the Senior Director, CIS Finance
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE

    • BS or BA in Finance/Accounting/Economics required. MBA, CPA, or relevant Master’s degree preferred
    • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive financial experience including high-level financial planning and analysis and business unit experience. Global experience preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills across cultures with a positive attitude and a focus on collaboration and team success
    • Previous hands-on management of business unit financial analysis and support of operational teams is required
    • Demonstrated organization skills in a change-oriented environment and ability to operate autonomously and thrive in unchartered waters
    • Analytical thinker, flexible problem solver, and team player with the ability to multi-task several important priorities simultaneously
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey and present complex issues in a simple manner
    • Aptitude to learn and drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment. Experience leading improvement efforts in finance preferred
    • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
