    Job Description

    You will be responsible for leading our early career program which includes running our expanding early career programs including our software engineer accelerator program & MBA rotation program, campus hiring, running our successful internship program, organizing and representing Experian at various events. This role will report to the Sr Manager - Early Careers and Diversity, North America.  Experian HR offers incredible opportunities for career growth.     Key responsibilities include:

    Refine & execute our early career strategy, seeking inputs from HR business partners and hiring managers.  Be a champion for early career talent and evangelize the benefits of early career hiring programs across our business.   

    Serve as Experian’s SME in the early career talent space and build Experian’s reputation as employer of choice.  

    Responsible for full-cycle recruiting and managing our internship program.

    Responsible for developing and executing hiring strategy for our early career programs including the Engineer Accelerator Program and MBA Leadership Development Program. 

    Identify opportunities to increase diversity of our early career candidate pipeline.

    Work directly with our employee resource group leadership to develop early career diversity recruitment strategies.

    Lead planning, coordination and execution of large-scale recruitment conferences including the Grace Hopper Celebration and Afrotech.  

    Work closely with Corporate Marketing and Employer Branding teams to create engaging presence to attract early career talent to Experian.

    Serve as the main conduit for all university partnerships & recruiting.

    Participate in various university advisory boards and early career events.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will have experience in campus recruiting and organizing various recruitment events.

    At minimum an under graduate degree. A background in HR, preferably talent acquisition would be valued. Experience in campus and early career recruiting is critical. 

    Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead project teams.   

    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with early career talent, HR business partners and business leaders.

    Strong presentation & communication capabilities. Should be able to articulate a compelling vision of Experian’s early career talent strategy.
