    Job Description

    The Salesforce Digital Consultant will provide day-to-day development and thought leadership for our Salesforce digital contact strategy. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to implement a best-in-class digital contact center solution for a global, multi-site, multi-business line, high volume servicing contact center.  You’ll deliver architecture, configuration, programming, and any integration needed to provide our consumers with a modern digital experience. This role is more than just a senior developer or an order taker; the ideal candidate will be a true “Solution Consultant”, challenging the status quo, providing new and innovative ways to solve complex business problems.

    • Salesforce Developer Certifications required
    • Must have recent experience implementing chatbots
    • Must have knowledge and practical application of Visualforce, APEX; Force.com APIs, Web Services, and Lightning.
    • Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background in Salesforce.com.
    • Able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills; verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking.
    • Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly.
    • Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Education and Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years working in a Senior Developer capacity with Salesforce Service Cloud
    • 3+ years’ experience with Lightning framework
    • 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce chatbots. 
    • Experience with Agile methodologies with Jira and Confluence
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with Dialog Flow or Lex is a strong plus
    • Website front end development experience is a plus. 
    • Call center experience is a strong plus
    • Previous Cisco PCCE call center CTI integration with Salesforce a plus.
    • Previous integration experience to AWS applications a plus.
