Job Description
Experian is seeking an attorney to become part of a team building the new Experian Data Quality division that is high-growth and entrepreneurial. Our new team member may work remotely or if desired in a local Experian office and has a passion for learning, both as a lawyer and more generally as a business professional.
The ideal candidate has experience working with complex agreements for sophisticated clients in a variety of industries and public sector, including telecom, financial services, fintech, and technology. The position will provide you the opportunity to negotiate contracts directly with Experian’s business clients, requiring in-depth work with and understanding of agreements for a variety of products and services, , including credit and marketing data services, SaaS, licensed software, consulting, professional services, and analytics. The agreements are varied and may include professional services agreements, RFPs, RFQs, NDAs, evaluation agreements, standard terms and conditions, service level agreements, and master services agreements. The right attorney for this position is entrepreneurial, values customer service, sincerely wants to help. Have direct experience creating contract records in Salesforce, Salesforce reporting, and appropriately document approvals and deviations within Salesforce.
Have familiarity with state and federal privacy laws, including the FCRA, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPPA.
