    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    • Lead a high-performance and talented team of Software Engineers
    • Partner with Product and Project Management teams to deliver value to consumers
    • Clarify requirements, define software roadmaps, align partner teams, and execute on business-critical projects
    • Build a best-in-class engineering team that delivers excellent results through rapid iterations.
    • Provide hands on technical leadership to the team
    • Implement process improvements for the development teams you manage.
    • Define and drive metrics for software engineering performance for your teams
    • Facilitate innovation within the team.
    • Manage team composition, recruiting and continuous performance evaluations.
    • Monitor, drive and facilitate growth of your team’s individual contributors.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE

    • 4+ years of engineering leadership experience focused on leading or managing high performing software delivery teams
    • Strong communication skills working with a diverse set of customers
    • Experience in discovering the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommending alternative tactical approaches, and lead engineering efforts to deliver results on schedule with optimal solutions
    • Experience building complex software systems that deploy incrementally and deliver value to the customer
    • Hands on technical expertise:  knowledge of professional software engineering practices & standard methodologies for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, build processes, testing, and operations
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong business and technical vision
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
