    Job Description

    Experian’s North American corporate communications organization is looking for a savvy, proactive communications professional who loves storytelling and is passionate about employee communications to join our team. Based in Costa Mesa, CA, in the North American headquarters, the role will help execute strategic employee communications programming, including a weekly newsletter, CEO Town Halls and employee social media campaigns.    

    • Write and manage Experian’s weekly employee newsletter
    • Manage Experian’s employee social media sharing program (Create content, develop scorecard, find new ways to engage employees)
    • Develop content and lead logistics for CEO Town Halls
    • Develop and manage executive emails regarding Experian’s DEI efforts, HR updates, etc.
    • Develop content for Experian’s interactive Intranet
    • Drive projects from conception to completion, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Marketing preferred
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working on employee communications campaigns   
    • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
    • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to relationship management
    • Strong writing and editing skills
