Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Design SharePoint webpages, customize and extend out of the box SharePoint features
• Assist technical and non-technical users on troubleshooting, SharePoint and related technologies
• Assisting the Digital Workplace Team with quality assurance on sites, workflows, and custom forms
• Taking ownership of the requirements gathering through to development, testing & delivery
• Arrange meetings with other business units, gather requirements from technical and non-technical users, on behalf of the Digital Workplace Team
• Design and build websites following existing brand guidelines

Qualifications

WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE

• Minimum 1-2 years hands on experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience creating building webpages from mock-ups and wireframes
• Self-motivated with a knack for finding solutions with little hand holding
• Ability to produce technical documentation, briefings, recommendations, and other written work product
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to learn

DESIRABLE BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Knowledge on webpage building on systems like SharePoint, WIX, or Wordpress
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems
