Job Description
POSITION: GO TO MARKET SPECIALIST (MARKETING)
DESCRIPTION The Go to Market (GTM) Specialist will be the liaison between the product team, marketing channel leads and GTM Strategy and Creative Team. This position focuses on collaborating with others to develop marketing programs and product launches across Experian’s (ECS) specific products and services. This focus includes creating, developing, and collaborating across short and long-term marketing plans. Their primary role will be operational support for all GTM efforts and marketing implementation.
Working with the GTM Marketing Manager, the GTM Specialist will be the day-to-day marketing point of contact for product launches & initiatives. They will organize and coordinate monthly marketing calendars, launch calendars and presentation decks. Alongside the marketing team and the Consumer Insights team, this role will help build the marketing message, product positioning and target markets. They will be a key player in building marketing playbooks, launch plans and coordinating media alignment with the Integrated Marketing team. In addition, the GTM Specialist will ensure the value proposition of the product meets the consumer experience by working with the CX and Consumer Insights team by being the key operational support.
Through positive relationship and clear communication, the GTM Specialist will help ensure that business priorities are met, and that product teams and channels leads have what they need to drive the business with strong 360˚ marketing activations. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
*This role will be working on a specific product launch and be a dedicated resource for said product.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (listening, written and oral) with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of other departments.
· Extremely organized and detail-oriented
· Self-starter that can question / challenge information being given, identifies gaps and areas for improvements.
· Ability to handle lots of information and to stay on task.
· Ability to grow, motivate and lead teams is essential.
· Quick learner who can pick up new changes with an open and flexible attitude
· Media knowledge (not required but preferred)
