    Job Description

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    The Data Analyst’s primary responsibility is to partner with Lenders and the business to translate data into clear business value. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and innovating on partner facing reports.

     

    • Build out and maintain client lender reporting studio
    • Write and own SQL code to pull and push data to and from Snowflake, S3, and/or other solutions
    • Builds clear Tableau reports to monitor the impact of business recommendations and product enhancements
    • Build custom reports based on partner feedback and requirements
    • Utilize Alteryx to build tables and data pipelines to support new and existing reports
    • Interpret and modify queries passed on from other analysts
    • Manage data and departmental document repository ensuring up-to-date versions and correct document storage
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE

    • Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
    • 5+ years of related experience in a data driven position using SQL
    • Certification in Tableau or 4+ years using Tableau, with prove ability to build clear, meaningful reports
    • Experience working with large datasets
    • Experience with ETL tools, particularly Alteryx 
    • Familiarity with US financial and/or US credit data a plus
    • Ability to produce generalized code to aid in the automation of processes
    • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Java/JavaScripting
    • Experience in programming in parallel and distributed computing for Big Data such as MapReduce, Spark, Hadoop, Yarn
