Job Description
The Risk Mitigation Team is a newly developed team and offers an exciting opportunity with exposure to the Experian risk and compliance teams. The role supports a front-line risk identification and mitigation team.
The Analytics and Reporting Coordinator (ARC) will be responsible for the key risk indicator program, data analytics, and reporting. The ARC will support MCE leadership with data requests, system enhancements and impact assessments, and other ad-hoc data requests. The ARC will work collaboratively with the data teams across Experian to develop and improve MCE data capabilities and ensure data integrity in reporting. The ARC will take initiative to create relationships with business, lines of defense, and other stakeholders.
The chosen candidate will lead the data analytics and reporting activities for the MCE Risk Mitigation Team and support other risk mitigation activities for the MCE.

Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of the Experian data systems and applications and experience with risk identification using data analysis. This position requires experience in the following:
· Knowledge of Experian systems/applications experience relating front-end inputs to back end data storage systems (5-8 years)
· Experience and skills in quantitative research methods, data analysis, and report writing (5-8 years)
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Acute attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational skills
· Ability to create detailed and comprehensive reports and presentations for different constituencies/purposes
· Aptitude to foresee, detect and trouble-shoot data anomalies
· Ability to develop and maintain comfortable and effective work relationships with technical people including programmers, statisticians, and database architects
· Knowledge of data collection and research methodologies preferred
· Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
· Ability to thrive in an intellectually challenging, innovative, collaborative, professional environment
