    The RCSC Manager manages a team of RCSC Consultants, that are responsible for the implementation of Experian Health products and have a deep knowledge base of the relevant product and solutions offered to clients. You will report to the Client Organization and guide implementations of new client markets and integration, collaborate on strategies for continuous improvement to meet client business needs, and achieve Experian Health revenue, cost, and strategic objectives.

    You'll have opportunity to:.

    • Own revenue metrics for assigned implementation portfolio
    • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs
    • Act as clients' champion, ensuring team successfully implements and consistently delivers, service that is of superior quality
    • Provide technical, business, client workflow consulting and product experience to customers enabling a comprehensive solution for clients' business needs. Identify and understand customer problems and provide consultative approach to explaining product and providing solutions

    Qualifications:

    • This role may require travel
    • 5+ years of functional experience, and leading cross functional teams in delivery environments
    • 2+ years of supervisory and mentoring experience
    • 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle and payment processing workflows, specifically billing and collections
    • 5+ years of Healthcare market solutions, healthcare product implementations, integrations (HL7, APIs, Interfaces), and client experience from contracting to go live to continuous optimization
