Job Description

• Develop strategies to improve product documentation based on the voice of the customer
• Work cross functionally with product, sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop your product roadmap
• Communicate your product vision and strategy to teams and stakeholders in the organization
• Gather, write, and refine requirements from users and internal stakeholders

Develop technical documentation, marketing collateral and sales enablement materials to ensure client success

Qualifications

• Undergraduate level intern with a background in business administration, computer science, or equivalent skills or experience
• Strong communication skills and prior experience working directly with clients
• Experience working on a team in an agile environment
• Experience working with a remote (non-collocated) development team
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript, or other technical programming language required, or strong technical ability to learn these skills
• Familiarity with REST APIs and/or Swagger are a plus
