Job Description
We are looking for a motivated ServiceNow Architect and team player to join our team. You will have the opportunity to exercise technical leadership of a team of passionate IT professionals and propel Experian IT Services forward in the ServiceNow space to ensure cutting edge solutions and best practices. This position is responsible for design architecture/blueprints for the ServiceNow Platform and assist with defining and execute ServiceNow roadmap and strategy. The architect will work with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and teams of architects, and 3rd party vendors to define and develop solutions that supports business strategy.
The ServiceNow Architect scope includes the daily operation and support of the Experian ServiceNow platform, including processes IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Application Portfolio Management (APM), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and others. This includes solution architecture design, process architecture, platform upgrades and development of enhancements/customization, and platform ownership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications
MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, solution design and solution implementation.
Firm understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules. ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus
Previous experience in customizing Integrations, Workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript to create custom applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform
Familiar with the ITIL Framework and demand processes across the IT organization
Proficient in all phases of the Agile Application Development Lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with short deadline
Strong technical project management and/or leadership skills
Excellent planning skills in both tactical and strategic planning
Effective leadership and negotiation skills required
Experience in process improvement and facilitation
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
