    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

     

    • Building strong internal consulting and collaborative relationships with the sales leaders and cross-functional partners
    • Partnering with Product, Marketing and Sales Leaders to assess sales or leadership performance gaps, establish learning objectives and measures, and develop and execute appropriate program to address those gaps. Developing a strategy for their assigned Channel – Inside Sales
    • Using technology (Gong, SalesLoft, Brainshark, Seismic Live) and their AI and analytics capabilities to capitalize on what great looks like to get results and turn that into adoptable routines.
    • Identification, design, and facilitation of interventions and training programs that help their assigned sales channel achieve its business objectives. Identifying measurable outcomes and benchmarking change over time.
    • Change management and adoption of new sales routines, behaviors and processes that enable the channel to exceed it’s goals for engagement and results.
    • Understanding and staying relevant on our products, clients and how we sell
    • Supporting the success of our onboarding program – FastBreak

    • Bring a track record of productive internal relationships to collaboratively achieve business outcomes. Creates happy internal clients and measurable results.
    • Use curiosity to understand business objectives, sales routines, performance data and current state to uncover an approach to improving performance.
    • Be a proactive, self-starter who thrives working independently (60%) and with team members (40%)
    • Love the sales culture and thrives in a collegial, people and results focused team
    • Design engaging communications and training programs using a combination of learning approaches (videos, eLearnings, mobile training, assessments, and experiential activities).
    • Be comfortable with analyzing data, measuring performance and the impact of development interventions
    • Be adept at facilitating meetings, design sessions and live and virtual training or 1:1 coaching.
    • Have compelling written and oral communication skills.
    • Possess knowledge in these areas: Sales, B2B Product Development, Financial Services, Identity Management
    • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, e-Learning platforms, authoring applications and learning management systems (LMS).  Helpful tools include Articulate, Camtasia, Publisher and Adobe Illustrator.
    • Bring 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in professional development, change management and instructional design with contemporary knowledge of adult learning.
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
