Position Overview As the first person a potential new employee talks to, our Recruiters have a direct impact on the success of FCR, because afterall, a company is only as good as its people. A Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing and retaining qualified candidates to join our FCR team. This role executes on all business imperatives in alignment with FCRs Mission, Vision, Values. The Recruiter reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Essential Functions and Duties Work with hiring managers on recruiting intake & planning meetings Hire for open positions with a focus on candidate experience, efficient time to fill, hiring manager needs and a smooth interviewing process Conduct weekly meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and efforts Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to respond to new openings quickly Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Build networks to find qualified candidates Post open jobs on company intranet and numerous career sites Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates Locate and document where to find ideal candidates Always work and communicate in a manner that represents FCR as an employer of choice reputation and a place people want to be, both internally and externally Create contacts within the industry Qualifications Experience leveraging a variety of sourcing avenues, including social recruiting channels and technologies, events and campaigns Experience acting as a talent advisor through leveraging data, consulting and influencing skills, and application of business knowledge Ability to present creative solutions and deliver against results Strong team player with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the whole team succeed Unwavering integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Superior communication and interpersonal skills Adept at change management Critical Thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and conclusions Mature capability and understanding of technology and systems, including MS Office, ATS software, and others Experience Additional Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred but not required Experience in a high-volume recruiting role, including managing and prioritizing multiple searches against a wide range of profiles Ability and enthusiasm for traveling to regional centers (mostly day trips) up to 20% of the time At least one year of successful, metric driven, recruiting experience required Physical Demands and Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
