As an InHouse Sales Representative with Festiva, you will use your personal skills to greet guests face-to-face and show them how Festiva can help them enjoy the vacation lifestyle they have been looking for at any of our Club Resorts, or with our own worldwide exchange program, RTX. We will give you proven training methods, computerized presentation materials, and qualified leads each day, not only to make a sale, but to make the income you feel you deserve to make. To become a true professional in the Vacation Ownership Business, we do not require you to give up Sundays with your family. You get Sundays Off! We also do not require you to have a real estate license. No License required to become a Sales Representative with Festiva! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Quickly and effectively establishes rapport with invited owners. Carefully reviews owner information and customizes the presentation to fit their needs. Regularly uses interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea. Meets established sales goals. The InHouse Sales Representative may also: Contact existing owners for follow-up calls on recent purchases. Attend schedule training sessions several times per week. Attend daily sales meetings. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Education/Credentials This position requires a High School Diploma or GED Experience This position requires at least two years of sales experience.
