Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256 – This position is onsite

Pay: $60,000 per year

Type: Direct hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Job description:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, validate, and analyze financial and operational data; prepare and distribute reports and dashboards for leadership and departmental use.
2. Budget Support: Assist in compiling and maintaining annual budget files, validate assumptions, and support variance analysis throughout the year.
3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency through automation and streamlined workflows.
4. Compliance & Asset Management: Ensure data integrity across systems, maintain fixed asset inventory, and support accurate depreciation and financial reporting.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and leadership teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have 3-5 years of recent data analyst experience.
• MS Excel - Expert: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, reporting. Strong preference for Macros/VBA.
• Must have strong math and analysis skills with the ability to create simulation models and trend analysis.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
